Integration is a critical component of the safe and effective use of psychedelics. This process allows us to bring the lessons of our psychedelic experiences into daily life, ensuring we fully learn and grow from what the substances show us.
With support from The Primed Foundation, Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) created a website and downloadable workbook dedicated to integration techniques to help people process, understand, and incorporate psychedelic insights into daily life.
